How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order will be dispatched 1-2 business days after it's received. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. During the Christmas season October – December dispatch can take up to 3 business days. Your tracking notification is emailed to you the next day. If you haven’t received your shipping notification, please check your spam/junk folder. Tracking information for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be available until Monday evening. Once despatched we are in the hands of the postal service but in general, most parcels arrive within 3 days to metro Australia areas, however WA could take up to a week (sometimes even longer).

There's something wrong with my order or I want to return my purchase?

We hope you love your Kurak Empire towel as much as we do, however, if you wish to return you products for exchange or in the case of faulty products, a refund, please return the unused product and a copy of your order to: Kurak Empire, 43 Metrolink Cct, Campbellfield VIC 3061.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your product is despatched you'll recieve an email with your tracking details. Please note the tracking details may not go live until the day following dispatch.
